Ingredients

  • Blackberries
  • Black grapes (with seeds)
  • Dates
  • Figs
  • Mango
  • Pineapple
  • Papaya
  • Coconut water
  • Aloe Vera (optional )
  • Cantaloupe

Instructions

Add a cup of water.

Blend all fruits with skin (except mango).

You can add more water to achieve your desired consistency.
