Avocado SlidersPrint Recipe
- 1 clean, empty ketchup bottle (clear)
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup distilled water
- 1/3 cup liquid molasses
- 6 slices of spelt bread
- 3 pitted dates(deseed)
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato, chopped or sliced
- 1/2 cup coconut meat shavings
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
Mix the molasses, cacao powder, and dates together in a blender.
Add a little bit of water to get the desired consistency.
Pour this liquid into the ketchup bottle.
Toast your spelt bread.
Spread as much molasses sauce on the bread as you like in whatever pattern you desire.
Add the avocado and tomato and a little more molasses sauce.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and some coconut shavings on top and enjoy.
